The first product, and still available in the shop today: buttons for ISRI seats
The beginning
The foundation of our company arose from a very practical problem:
During the restoration of an MB-trac , Felix Heldens was missing several plastic parts that were no longer available. To complete the restoration, he purchased a 3D printer and manufactured the first components himself. This was no problem, as Felix Heldens is a trained technical product designer specializing in machine and plant construction.
This solution for internal use quickly led to external demand.

The founding
Consequently, in 2019 the company was founded under the name Kunststoffteile Heldens and began selling its first spare parts. With growing external interest, new products were continuously added, accompanied by the acquisition of additional equipment, modern software, and the expansion of technical capabilities.
Classic FH3D part: 3D printing from aluminum and plastic, cable assembly, soldering, crimping and mounting.
It goes on
After Felix Heldens completed his mechanical engineering studies and through increasing contacts in industry, his activities expanded towards design services for mechanical engineering . His first industrial clients utilized his expertise, particularly in the areas of CAD design, reverse engineering, and technical documentation.
From 2023 onwards , assembly work and cable assembly were added to the services offered. Close collaboration with customers continued to develop, leading to increasing demand for complete assemblies. To meet this demand, the network was strategically expanded, and the focus shifted to manageable, technically sophisticated assemblies that could be implemented efficiently and to a high standard.
In 2024, the company expanded internationally – spare parts and digital products have been sold worldwide ever since.
At the turn of the year 2025/2026, the company was renamed FH3D . The new name reflects the significantly expanded range of services, which today extends far beyond the original manufacturing of plastic parts.
Today we have hundreds of satisfied customers - from private individuals who have ordered a part in the online shop to industrial customers with series parts and regular design orders that we process.
We are working on improving our service day by day.
What's next?
The company plans to acquire its own milling machine for plastics and metal processing in 2026. The aim is to further increase in-house value creation and to be able to offer customers even more comprehensive technical solutions.
But we are also constantly working to become better, more efficient, and more sustainable in all other areas. True to the motto "If you're not moving forward, you're falling behind," we are constantly improving to enhance the quality of our service for you!
