3D scanning and reverse engineering
We offer professional 3D scanning and reverse engineering for parts, assemblies, and technical components. The goal is the precise digitization of existing parts – for example, when spare parts are no longer available, drawings are missing, or for the further development of existing designs.
Based on 3D scans, measurement data, samples or sketches, we create clean, parametric CAD models that are suitable for manufacturing and adaptable.
In doing so, we take into account functional requirements, tolerances and design for manufacturability.
Our services range from simple 3D scanning, including measurement reports, to complete reconstruction, including drawings and parts lists. We use high-precision 3D measuring technology from Zeiss and professional software.

We offer 3D printing for the production of prototypes, functional models and technical components - from individual parts to small series.
Our focus is on 3D printing of plastics, but we also offer 3D printing of various metals - from aluminum to tool steel.
We strategically integrate 3D printing into our development process, for example, in conjunction with design or reverse engineering. This allows us to quickly review and iteratively optimize designs. We also offer our services for ready-to-use parts made from high-quality engineering plastics.

Assembly of components & cable assembly
We handle the assembly of small to medium-sized components as well as the professional assembly of cables and wires for technical applications. Our focus is on precise craftsmanship and clean execution.
Assembly is carried out based on drawings, parts lists, or existing specifications and is particularly suitable for prototypes, small production runs, and functionally relevant assemblies. We also offer a complete package of design, documentation, and subsequent assembly from a single source.
